Shipping information

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for both large and small items. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our shipping process , including delivery times and options for both small and large items. You can also find some information about international shipping.


Viewing & self transportation

Since all our furniture consists of pre-loved, second-hand items, we highly recommend visiting our showroom to view the piece you'd like to purchase. Whenever possible, we also encourage arranging your own transportation. If you choose this option, a fee will be
deducted from the purchase price.


Small item delivery

- Small items will be shipped within a week after purchase.

- You will receive a track & trace code via email once your order has been dispatched.

- Standard shipping applies.

- If you prefer an insured package you can choose insured shipping at the check out for €3,50.

- Refunds are not possible for damaged items during standard shipping.


Large item delivery

- Large items will be delivered within 1 to 6 weeks of purchase.

- After purchase, we will contact you to arrange the delivery. Please provide three possible dates for when the purchased item can be delivered.

- Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Many of our deliveries are handled by Brenger, which means no specific time slots can be provided in advance.

- Brenger will send you an email one day before delivery with an estimated time frame.

Delivery Note: Free delivery is up to the first door on the ground floor. We recommend having two people available to help carry the item inside. For deliveries via Brenger to the first floor or higher, additional fees will apply. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us first via the contact form.

International Shipping

- For international purchases, please contact us via the inquiry form before placing your order.

- Different shipping costs apply for deliveries outside the Netherlands.

Returns

You can always return an online purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product. Report your return to us as soon as possible after receiving your product by email. After confirmation of the return, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.

Returns are at your own expense. You can also return it to our storage yourself. The return conditions regarding damage can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
